Every month we grow other types of mushrooms that aren't on the standard menu or schedule to try new genetics, cater to a smaller or specialty demand, or just the family's choice!
About Us
Our Story
We've grown up as a family enjoying mushrooms in our dishes since a young age, while also learning how to garden from our grandmother, Carmela. Our passion for naturally growing our fruits, vegetables and greens lead us down an eventual path to discovering how to cultivate gourmet and functional mushrooms. The potential health benefits found locked within the mushroom fruit and mycelium immediately caught our attention as our family has a history of cancer. Once we discovered that we could process these delicious mushrooms into a functional supplement that has been said to be useful in some circumstances, we decided we had to go "all in". We haven't turned back a day since and our appreciation for these amazing fungi has only grown exponentially!
